Terms of service

Housekeeping terms and conditions and policies.

Our goal at Art Hugs is to establish and uphold a secure environment for our clients and students. This involves sticking to business regulations while developing processes and policies to unbiasedly assess, control, and reduce risk while you are with us. We want you to have an enjoyable experience. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. Please think twice before registering if you disagree with any of these terms.

A few weeks prior to the start of class, an invoice for the duration of the term is sent for our class activities. Due to low attendance, we are unable to offer term classes on a casual basis. We do however, provide a single trial class for $35 for adult, junior, and senior classes, as well as a $50 trial class for our 1.5 hour teen class; after that, all classes will be based on a 9 or 10 week block, pricing $30 for junior, senior and adult hourly classes and $40 for teen classes. Before classes start for the term, this fee must be paid in full.

There are no refunds for missing classes, all programmes, materials, staffing, and venue are set up ahead of time based on the number of students enrolled each week. If a spot is available on a suitable alternative day that corresponds with your age, class makeups are available, however, it needs to be put to use before the term block ends. Makeup cannot be used for credit towards any online programmes or during our holiday workshops. The class must be forfeited for that week if a makeup is not possible.
