Want to do art, but feeling called to the stage for some drama fun too? 

Individual drama classes and we are offering $50 for both art and drama classes each week in our term package as a lot of you are keen to express your creative talents on stage and on paper!

These creative arts programs are a great way to build resilience, confidence, ease anxieties, self expression, team work, enhancing skills learnt, making friends, relaxing and most important having fun, in a safe creative space.

Ella is an actor, producer, director, and writer. She specialises in all things drama, acting, and film and television-related. Ever since stepping out onto the stage, at 8 years old, Ella’s life has revolved around being on the stage, behind and in front of the camera.

Ella has obtained a Certificate III in Screen and Media through the Queensland School of Film and Television and previously studied improvisation, on-stage, and on-screen courses with institutions such as NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Arts). Ella is also part of her school’s Drama Eisteddfod team, where she has competed in competitive competitions such as the Quota Beenleigh Drama Eisteddfod. She is best known for her roles in Clairvaux MacKillop’s productions: Mike Teavee in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the Musical, Girl in Roald Dahl’s The Witches, and Peter Pan in this year's production of Peter Pan and Wendy. Ella loves working with children; she previously worked as a visual art teacher here at Art Hugs. She is beyond excited to share her dramatic arts skills and knowledge with her new students and hopes that her strong love for theatre and drama will become contagious.
